Chicagoland Delivery Policy
Our
primary shipping method is through UPS. In addition, Noveltygrocery.com
recognize that some of our customers may not be able to
appear in person
to shop, or are in a hurry to meet other obligations therefore
would need help in procuring African or Caribbean products,
thus we gladly provide alternative delivery method only
in Chicagoland.
There are two category of delivery:
1) free delivery to items totalling $350 or more.
Same day or two day delivery available
2) token charge based on purchase of $75 or more and millage:
- free delivery for customers within 10 miles radius
- $25 charge for customers within 20 miles radius
- others negotiable

Chicagoland Pick up Policy
Time
is of essence and in recognition of that, we have instituted
a pick up policy for our customers within Chicagoland. This
policy consist of ordering and paying through the web or
ordering by phone and making payment at the same time.
This will minimize confusion during pick up. Also, we need
forty five minutes to one hour window to put together the
products.
Please
show ID and be ready to give the exact amount of purchase
as proof of purchase and right to pick up.
